Business terms
Draft, pending legal review.
Scope
These draft terms are for organizations that use a MedLicense team or enterprise workspace. They supplement the terms of use and have not been reviewed by a lawyer.
Workspaces and your tenant
A workspace is stored in your own Microsoft 365 tenant, and your organization controls access through your own identity and permission settings. The company behind MedLicense does not operate a server that holds the workspace files.
Licenses and seats
A license key is issued for your organization and your Microsoft 365 tenant. Only the people being credentialed count as seats, and the current proposal is on the pricing page. Prices exclude taxes and may change before general availability.
Your responsibilities
- Decide who may join the workspace and review roles regularly.
- Collect any consents you need from the providers whose records you hold.
- Keep your own backup and retention schedule for credentialing files.
- Confirm all requirements with the relevant boards, payers and facilities.
Data processing
Because the vendor does not receive workspace data, a data processing agreement may not be needed, and that conclusion is left to legal review. Your IT team can read the security and IT page for how the workspace is built.
Items awaiting legal review
Payment terms, service levels, liability, termination and governing law are intentionally not written here.
