Terms of use

Draft, pending legal review.

Last updated November 1, 2026.

About these terms

These terms describe how you may use the MedLicense website and the individual app during early access. They are a working draft and have not been reviewed by a lawyer, so they may change before they take effect.

What MedLicense is

MedLicense is a tracking aid for licenses, credentials and continuing education. It does not provide legal, compliance, credentialing or medical advice, and it does not submit anything to a board, payer or facility on your behalf.

Requirement data

The state requirement and fee data on this website and in the app is compiled for planning. It can be incomplete or out of date, and entries that are not marked as reviewed have not been verified. You are responsible for confirming every requirement and deadline with the relevant board.

Your records

You own your records. Because the individual app keeps them encrypted on your devices and has no vendor server, you are responsible for keeping your recovery passphrase and for backing up your vault.

Early access

Early access builds are provided as they are, may contain errors and may change.

Limits on liability

The wording on liability, warranty and governing law is intentionally left to legal review and is not stated here.
