Know which providers can work on Monday, without a spreadsheet.

MedLicense gives a credentialing coordinator one shared workspace for every provider in a medical group, MSO or locum agency. The workspace lives in your own Microsoft 365, it is sealed before it is uploaded, and we never receive it.

The trial covers up to 10 providers and needs no key, and coordinators and viewers are always free.

This screen uses sample data and invented names.

The office opens on one answer, and every row has one action beside it.

A provider is ready when nothing required has expired, at risk when something is due within 30 days, and not ready when something required has expired or is missing.

The work of a credentialing office, kept in one record.

Groups track licenses, DEA registrations, certifications and malpractice coverage for every provider. MedLicense replaces the spreadsheet and the email thread with a record the whole office shares.

  • OverviewThe office opens on one answer. A provider is ready when nothing required has expired, at risk when something is due within 30 days, and not ready when something required has expired or is missing. The items that need attention are listed soonest first.
  • RequestsAsk once and track the reply. Requests are pre-filled from what is missing or expiring, with a due date and a signed request code. The provider answers from the free MedLicense app or through your SharePoint upload link, and documents arrive encrypted.
  • ExpirablesThe report you build by hand today. See what has expired or will expire in the next 30, 60 or 90 days, grouped by provider or credential, and export it as a PDF with your confidentiality footer or as a CSV.
  • PacketsApplications that go out complete. Build a template for each payer or hospital, see each item as present, missing or expired for any provider, and keep a send log of what went where.
  • EnrollmentA pipeline for every payer. Track each provider with each payer from not started to approved, with the effective date, provider number and revalidation date.
  • VerificationsPrimary-source checks on the record. Record that a credential was checked against its source, who checked it and when, and attach the printout.
  • AuditWho changed what, and when. Every change is written to a log that the acting device signs, and the app marks any entry whose signature does not verify.

The workspace lives in your Microsoft 365, sealed before upload.

Your IT team creates a SharePoint folder and decides who can open it. Everything inside is sealed with AES-256-GCM on the coordinator’s device, so Microsoft stores only ciphertext and the key is held only by your own team’s devices.

  1. IT prepares the folder.

An administrator approves MedLicense once in Microsoft Entra and creates a folder, giving viewers Read permission. The IT setup guide covers each step.

  2. The coordinator creates the workspace.

They sign in with Microsoft 365, paste the folder link and add providers by NPI lookup or from a CSV, and the 30-day trial begins.

  3. Teammates join with a code.

Each person signs in and reads a six-digit code to an owner or admin, who approves them by typing it, so nobody joins unseen.

Four roles keep the work separate. Owners and admins manage the workspace, coordinators edit records, and viewers can read but not write, and viewers are free.

Try it with up to 10 providers for 30 days.

Every new workspace starts with a trial that needs no key, and coordinators and viewers never count as seats. When the trial ends, you keep read access and every export.
