Draft, pending legal review.
Why this page exists
The state pages and guides are used to plan renewals, so we want you to know how they are written and where their limits are.
How entries are written
- State entries are compiled by hand from board materials and general knowledge of the licensing system.
- A review date records when we last looked at an entry. It is not an approval by the board.
- If an entry has no review date, or its details are marked for confirmation, the page says so, and we do not present it as checked.
- Where we are not sure of a fact, the text says to confirm with the board.
What we avoid
We do not publish invented statistics, invented citations or testimonials. Comparison guides state only facts we are confident of and describe categories of tools rather than ranking named products.
No advice
The content is general information and is not legal, compliance, tax or medical advice.
Corrections
When contact details are published, corrections will be accepted there. A correction should name the board page that shows the right rule. We will update the entry and its review date and keep a note of what changed.
Independence
Guides are not paid placements. Links to boards and agencies point to their own websites.
