License tracking
MedLicense keeps every state license, DEA registration, controlled substance registration and certification in one list, with the dates, numbers and documents that go with each one.
What gets tracked
Each credential has an issue date, an expiration date, a number, the issuing body and any documents you attach, such as a wallet card, a renewal receipt or a certificate. The same record can carry the renewal fee, the CME rule that applies and the notes you want to remember when the next renewal arrives.
- State medical, nursing and physician assistant licenses
- DEA registrations and state controlled substance registrations
- Board and national certifications, BLS, ACLS and similar cards
- Malpractice insurance, immunizations and facility privileges
Reminders that arrive early
Notifications are scheduled on your own device before each expiration on the days you choose, and every renewal can be exported to a calendar as an .ics file. Because reminders are created locally, they do not depend on a server being reachable.
One honest number
The Standing score summarizes how your credentials stand today and lists every deduction with the reason for it, so you can see what needs attention first rather than guess.
Where your records live
The vault is encrypted on your device. If you turn on sync, MedLicense writes the same encrypted files to a folder you choose, and that folder's provider sees only encrypted files. Read the security page for the details.
Keep the whole file on your own devices
MedLicense is free for individual clinicians. It needs no account, and your records stay encrypted on your own devices.
