CME tracking

MedLicense logs your CME against the rules for each state where you are licensed, so you can see hours earned, hours remaining and the topics still outstanding.

Credit that counts toward the right cycle

Each entry records the date, the hours, the credit type and the topic, and MedLicense matches it to the cycle of every license you hold. A single course can count toward more than one state when both boards accept it, and the app shows where it counted.

Mandated topics and frequencies

Many boards require specific topics, such as controlled-substance prescribing, ethics or implicit bias, on a schedule that differs by state. The requirement data records whether a topic repeats every cycle or only once, and the app flags the topics you have not yet covered. The data is a planning aid, and each state entry on our state pages shows when it was last reviewed or says plainly that it is not yet verified.

Certificates stay with the credit

Attach the completion certificate to the entry, so that an audit request means opening one record instead of searching an inbox. See how to document CME for what a board is likely to ask for.
