Free for clinicians, and priced per provider for groups.

Only the people being credentialed count as seats, so coordinators, administrators and viewers are free. Every new workspace starts with a 30-day trial for up to 10 providers.

If a license ends, your records stay yours.

The workspace is a folder in your own Microsoft 365, so the files are in your possession from the first day. When a license ends, everything keeps working for a 30-day grace period, and after that the workspace becomes read-only while viewing, printing and every export keep working.

Your costs are the license and the Microsoft 365 storage you already pay for. There is no MedLicense server to switch off, so nothing can be taken away when a subscription lapses.

Questions about paying.

When you are ready to buy, the Admin, License screen in your workspace copies your organization name, tenant ID and provider count in one click, which is everything needed to issue a key.

What counts as a seat?

Only providers count, meaning the people being credentialed, such as physicians, nurse practitioners and physician assistants. Coordinators, administrators and viewers do not count, and a provider you mark inactive stops counting.

How does the trial work?

Every new workspace runs for 30 days with up to 10 providers and needs no key. The trial is measured from the day the workspace is created, and the app shows how many days and providers remain.

What happens if we go over our seats?

The app stops you from adding another provider until you mark someone inactive or ask for more seats, and nothing else is blocked.

Can we get our data out?

Yes, at any time and on any plan. The encrypted files already live in your own SharePoint or OneDrive, and the app exports providers, credentials and documents to PDF, CSV and ZIP whether or not a license is active.

Why is billing annual?

Credentialing runs on yearly cycles, and one annual invoice is simpler for a practice administrator. The prices here are our current proposal and are confirmed when a key is issued.

Do you charge for storage or hosting?

No. MedLicense has no server, and the workspace uses the Microsoft 365 storage that your organization already pays for.

How do we pay?

A license key is a signed file that you paste into the workspace, so there is no payment portal for your staff to sign in to. A sales address for invoices will be listed on this page when it is published.
